Tax incentive laws allow people and companies to allocate part of the taxes they pay to the Government for projects that benefit the community in several areas, such as culture, sports, social action and health. This “tax waiver” makes it possible, at no cost to the taxpayer, to improve the capacity and quality of numerous services aimed at social welfare.
In this way, the partners of the ITACI Institute can collaborate with incentive projects approved through the donation of taxes due such as the IR (Income Tax) or ICMS (Tax on Service Circulation) of the State of São Paulo. Proceeding are PROAC and LAW ROAUNET. CONDECA * is already approved for immediate capture.

* The State Fund for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (FEDCA) is formed with special resources to make the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA) feasible and to finance the implementation of policies for the care of children and adolescents. Like other funds, it has an accounting nature and is managed by its respective board; it is not a body or entity and has no legal personality. In São Paulo, it is administered by CONDECA (State Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents).

Individuals with Due Income Tax may deduct from this amount what they allocate to the State Fund for the Rights of Children and Adolescents up to the limit of 6%, provided they use the Complete Income Tax Form.
Tips:
• Access the “summary” form in the file of your last Income Tax Adjustment Statement;
• Check the amount of Income Tax DUE (attention: it is not a tax to pay)
• Calculate the amount equivalent to 6% of the tax due (individuals) or 1% (legal entities) *
• Make the deposit in the chosen Fund (Municipal and / or State).
Companies taxed based on taxable income can allocate 1% of the Income Tax Due to the State Fund for the Rights of Children and Adolescents, as long as they use the Complete Income Tax Declaration Model. It is a possibility to choose where part of your tax already paid will be invested, benefiting the community and the local economy.

O projeto Fotografia, Arte e Cultura do ITACI (Instituto de Tratamento de Câncer Infantil) no Hospital das Clínicas de São Paulo, cujo objetivo é criar um fluxo de atendimento totalmente permeado pela cultura nacional, propondo uma imersão do paciente e seus acompanhantes através de sua passagem pelo hospital. Suas atividades centrais serão: concurso de fotografia e exposição das fotos no metro de São Paulo, oficinas de arte e leitura, ampliação da biblioteca com encontros de leituras semanais, como contrapartida social, faremos oficinas de arte e leitura em escolas publicas.Todos os objetivos propõem imersão cultural, renovação artísticas nos espaços que envolvem pacientes, acompanhantes e do publico em geral, disseminando a cultura e a arte nacional.

Annual Plan of Sociocultural Activities 2019, we develop cinema, theater, reading, graffiti and workshops actions, aiming at comfort and welcoming patients and companions. Project aimed at the cultural area.
Meeting of Generations in Brazilian Instrumental Music
on behalf of Espaço Menino Angelo.

Yamandu Costa and his special guests will create on stage meetings in duos, trios, quartets, sextets, some unpublished. Others will be reunions, but all will be memorable and will touch the hearts of those who watch. The repertoire will have classic compositions by Villa-Lobos, Radamés Gnatalli, Jacob do Bandolim, Nivaldo Ornelas and songs by Yamandu Costa himself. The show is a tribute to Brazilian music, musicians and a child who, being hospitalized at ICr, very much wanted to carry out his favorite activity - flying kites - and managed to do it on the building's roof. There, the Boy Angelo Humanization Space will be built. The message of this project is “never give up on your dreams!” In this benefit show, the total box office income will be donated to the Institute of Children and Adolescents of the Hospital das Clinicas of the University of São Paulo (ICr).
